Everyone builds
You’ve been building your entire life

Everyone faces storms
Cracks happen
Storms reveal cracks

Cracks can be repaired
Vertical : Settling over time
Diagonal : Differential change over time
Horizontal : Pressure from outside 

Unrepaired cracks lead to collapse

Collapses can be rebuilt

What if we did the work before the storm comes?
